About The Day
This is a course for those who don't have little or no experience with Bread baking or for those
who would like to understand more about using Artisan flour.
During the day Paul and Fari will show you how to make our famous bread rolls as well as teaching
you how to mix, shape, prove and bake various types of bread using different types of stoneground flours.
Of course artisan baking is not something that can be hurried, so in between all the mixing and baking
we will have time to take a tour of the Windmill and
see where and how the flour is produced.
